Art Work

A proof is requested from printers  or clients prior to printing. Please follow these steps to submit a proof.

- Please ensure the dimensions & address area is defined on your sample.

- Please send electronic versions of proofs to jenny@mailworksinc.com.
 Be sure to include any related detail information such as client or job name.

- If an electronic sample is not available a proof can be faxed to (423)283-9885. Please be sure to
include any related detail information such as client or job name.

- You may also come to our location and we will be happy to assist you.

Permit Information

The following steps should be followed when obtaining & using Mail Works' permit information

- The use of Mail Works' permit requires authorization. Without authorization, proper postal forms, and mail preparation, USPS will not accept mail submissions on permits.

-Contact us to determine which permit is correct for your mail piece & adherence postal regulations.

-We STRONGLY suggest a sample of the complete piece be faxed to(423) 283-9885 or emailed to us for approval, PRIOR to printing.
